Roller size
Roller diameter up to 1,500 mm and face length up to 12,000 mm
New rubber-covered rollers, replacement rollers, selected re-covering, compound matching, core and shaft manufacturing, surface finishing, and inspection support for industrial production lines.
Wolorin supports both straightforward replacement rollers and more demanding custom rubber roller projects based on drawings, samples, existing roller dimensions, or operating conditions. You can receive complete new roller manufacturing, replacement rollers, selected re-covering support, compound matching for working conditions, and surface finishing for traction, release, pressure contact, or surface protection.
Before production, we review the details that affect real line performance, including size, compound, hardness, core and shaft structure, surface finish, and inspection points. This allows the roller to be built around the actual working position, so your team receives a roller that fits correctly, runs steadily, and helps the line operate with fewer avoidable roller-related issues after installation.

New rollers can be manufactured from the steel core, shaft ends, bearing seats, rubber covering, and final surface finish for better control of fit, concentricity, and running accuracy.

Rubber compound selection based on temperature, pressure, contact material, wear, release, oil resistance, traction, or surface protection needs.

Cylindrical grinding, crown profiles, tapers, and other surface profiles for stable contact and running accuracy.

Grooves, matte surfaces, traction-oriented textures, or release-oriented finishes based on the roller’s working position.

Selected re-covering is available when the existing core is reusable. When sending the old roller back is not practical, a new replacement roller can be manufactured from its size, drawing, or sample.

Hardness checks, key dimension review, surface inspection, and dynamic balancing when required by speed or application.
For new roller manufacturing, Wolorin can produce the roller core, shaft ends, bearing seats, rubber covering, and final surface finish as one controlled build. This integrated capability helps maintain better control over concentricity, runout, shaft fit, bearing-seat accuracy, and running stability, especially for custom rollers that require precise installation and stable long-term operation.
Custom specifications can be confirmed according to drawings, samples, existing roller dimensions, or actual line requirements.
For selected high-precision roller projects, runout, concentricity, flatness, roughness, and balancing grade can be reviewed according to the required application.

For each project, the final roller design should match the roller position, contact material, working temperature, pressure, speed, installation condition, and current line problem.
If you are still comparing materials, roller functions, or application areas, these entry pages can help you find the most relevant roller direction.
Find rubber roller options by compound type, such as PU, silicone, EPDM, NBR, FKM, and other industrial rubber materials.
Find rollers by line function, such as traction, guiding, pressure contact, coating, metering, laminating, and tension control.
Find roller directions based on production lines such as film, paper, printing, packaging, textile, foil, and other industrial applications.
Whether you need a straightforward replacement roller or a more specific custom build, you can send your drawing, sample, existing roller size, line position, or current running issue. We can review the requirement and suggest a suitable manufacturing direction.
