About Wolorin
Founded in 2007, Wolorin is a custom industrial rubber roller manufacturer focused on the development, production, and supply of rubber-covered rollers for manufacturing lines.
From rubber covering and material matching to grinding, grooving, surface finishing, shaft matching, and basic inspection before delivery, our work is built around one practical goal: helping customers reduce roller-related problems and keep production lines running smoothly.
We move quickly after roller details are confirmed, combining efficient production coordination with quality checks to help customers receive reliable rollers sooner.
Our rubber rollers are used in film, printing, packaging, converting, textile, paper, foil, steel processing, nonwoven, and other industrial manufacturing applications.

In-house inspection equipment is used to check hardness, key dimensions, shaft details, and surface condition according to project requirements.

Complete New Roller Manufacturing
New rollers can be manufactured from the steel core, shaft ends, bearing seats, rubber covering, and final surface finish for better control of fit, concentricity, and running accuracy.

Compound Selection & Material Matching
Rubber compound selection based on temperature, pressure, contact material, wear, release, oil resistance, traction, or surface protection needs.

Precision Grinding & Profiling
Cylindrical grinding, crown profiles, tapers, and other surface profiles for stable contact and running accuracy.

Grooving & Surface Texturing
Grooves, matte surfaces, traction-oriented textures, or release-oriented finishes based on the roller’s working position.

Replacement & Re-covering
Selected re-covering is available when the existing core is reusable. When sending the old roller back is not practical, a new replacement roller can be manufactured from its size, drawing, or sample.

Inspection, Testing & Dynamic Balancing
Hardness checks, key dimension review, surface inspection, and dynamic balancing when required by speed or application.
