About Wolorin

Custom Rubber Roller Manufacturer for Industrial Lines

Founded in 2007, Wolorin is a custom industrial rubber roller manufacturer. Our team brings more than 30 years of experience in rubber roller manufacturing.

We produce rubber-covered rollers for industrial production lines, from straightforward replacement rollers to more demanding custom roller projects. When drawings, dimensions, or existing roller details are available, the project can move directly into customization, quotation, or production confirmation. For more demanding positions, material matching, bonding strength, surface finish, groove design, shaft-end matching, and running accuracy may need to be considered together.

Our work covers rubber covering, material matching, grinding, grooving, surface finishing, shaft-end matching, and basic inspection before delivery. The goal is practical: reduce roller-related problems and help production lines run more smoothly and stably.

Once the key roller information is confirmed, manufacturing, inspection, and delivery can move forward with fewer uncertainties and less back-and-forth.

We do not treat rubber rollers as simple catalog parts. In many industrial lines, roller performance depends on the roller position, contact material, pressure, speed, temperature, surface requirement and long-term operating condition.

Production Lines We Commonly Support

Wolorin rubber rollers are used in a wide range of industrial production lines where materials need to be guided, pressed, transferred, cleaned, coated, laminated, slit, rewound or handled with stable surface contact.

Common production line directions include:

  • Film, converting and flexible packaging lines For plastic film, packaging film, coating, laminating, slitting, rewinding and related web handling processes.
  • Printing, paper, textile and nonwoven lines For material feeding, surface contact, pressure transfer, cleaning, dewatering and stable running through different process sections.
  • Foil, metal strip, plastic sheet and board processing lines For heavier contact conditions, surface protection, wear resistance, pressure contact and stable material movement.
  • General industrial manufacturing lines For replacement rollers, custom roller projects, special surface requirements and recurring roller-related running problems.

This application experience helps Wolorin understand how roller position, material contact and line behavior affect the final roller direction.

Roller Types and Custom Manufacturing Scope

Wolorin manufactures custom rubber-covered rollers and related industrial rollers based on drawings, samples, old roller dimensions, replacement requirements or operating conditions.

Common roller types include:

  • Web handling and movement rollers Traction rollers, drive rollers, guide rollers, tension control rollers, winding rollers and slitting / rewinding-related rollers.
  • Pressure and nip-contact rollers Pressure rollers, nip rollers, pinch rollers, laminating rollers, squeeze rollers and dewatering rollers.
  • Coating, transfer and surface-contact rollers Transfer rollers, metering rollers, coating rollers, cleaning rollers, sticky rollers and corona treatment rollers.
  • Rubber material directions Polyurethane, solid silicone, liquid silicone, NBR, EPDM, FKM, natural rubber, SBR, CSM, neoprene and other industrial rubber compounds.
  • Surface and structure options Smooth, ground, matte, grooved, crowned, traction-oriented, release-oriented and other custom surface directions. For some projects, steel-based, chrome-plated, stainless steel or PTFE-coated roller directions may also be reviewed.

The final roller specification is confirmed according to the actual roller position, contact material, drawing or sample details, surface requirement and running condition.

Manufacturing and Quality Control Support

A reliable rubber roller is built from several details working together: compound direction, hardness stability, cover thickness, surface finish, shaft structure, bonding condition, and running accuracy.

Wolorin supports both routine replacement roller projects and more demanding custom industrial rubber roller projects. Based on the project requirement, we can review material matching, rubber covering, grinding, grooving, surface finishing, shaft matching, and inspection items before delivery.

Key details such as cover hardness, dimensions, shaft structure, surface condition, surface roughness, and runout can be checked according to project requirements.

Send Drawings, Old Roller Details, or Working Conditions

If you already have drawings, dimensions, samples, old roller photos, or clear specifications, you can send them directly to us. When the key details are clear, we can move into customization, quotation, or production confirmation more efficiently.

If the information is not complete, you can also start with the basic details:

  • The production line or machine where the roller is used
  • The roller position or function on the line
  • The material in contact with the roller
  • Current issues such as slipping, wear, debonding, sticking, marking, static, short service life, or unstable winding

We can start from the available information and confirm the remaining details as needed.
